We went to a running work shop on Saturday morning and one of the facilitators kept saying “oh yea, oh yea!” So now that’s in my head. Take a minute and just say “oh yea, oh yea” repeatedly — go on do it!

Well this recipe for “power balls” is going to make you smile too. A friend passed it along and then I found it here. Who knew Disney also published recipes? Is there anything the media giant doesn’t do?
Anyway — here are the simple directions, my modifications, and some pics!
Mix together 1 cup peanut butter and 1 cup honey until smooth. Gradually add in 3 cups old fashioned oats and 1/2 cup ground flaxseed. Add 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup dried fruit. Then just roll the mixture into inch size balls and put in the fridge so the ingredients really bond.
Note that mine didn’t stick together so well initially so I added in some more honey and peanut butter. I think these would be great snacks for a play date or any type of get together.
