As you may remember I started this blog as fulfillment of one of three new year’s resolutions. My other resolutions are to start a vegetable garden and run a half marathon. I’m happy to report that I’m well on the way to fulfilling all three of those resolutions!
Though, I’m actually feeling a little sore right about now. Finished a 12 mile run this morning (actually ran to another town!). Are any of you runners? Advice for a wanna be? I’m going to have to start taking some sort of nourishment with me on these long runs. Any thoughts? I know some folks enjoy goo, but there’s something about the name that is a bit of turn off. I’ve also heard that some runners hide drinks along the route. Have you ever done that?
